Is it difficult to learn a new musical instrument when you’re older? Even if you’ve learned before but haven’t touched it for a long time, how do you start again? Do you get stage fright whenever you play for someone, and your mind goes blank?

☀️ Introducing young violinist Sunny Wu 🎻, who uses mindfulness and scientific perspectives to create a new model for adults learning musical instruments. You’ll not only learn solid music theory but also effectively overcome performance anxiety with mental performance skills.
