Helen KWOK

Ms Helen Kwok’s journey into the field of Mind-Body-Spirit began in 2012. In 2016, she stumbled upon the captivating world of Tibetan singing bowls and was immediately drawn to the profound practice of Himalayan Singing Bowl Sound Therapy in Hong Kong.

A few years ago, Ms Kwok traveled to Nepal, where she sought to deepen her understanding of Singing Bowl Sound Therapy under the mentorship of a direct disciple of Osho, a revered Master in the Mind-Body-Spirit domain. Her teacher, a Hindu Venerable and third-generation Grand Master Sound Healer, holds the profound knowledge passed down through generations from both Tibetan and Vedic traditions. Having obtained certification as a Singing Bowl and Sound Therapist in Nepal, Ms Kwok returned to Hong Kong, dedicating herself to the practice of Mind-Body-Spirit healing.

With a wealth of experience in Sound Therapy and Healing, Ms Kwok has touched the lives of over 300 individuals, including adults, families, the elderly, and those grappling with mental health challenges. Her portfolio showcases collaborations with an extensive range of non-profit and commercial organisations, spanning from Forbes 500 companies to small and medium-sized enterprises.

Since 2021, holding accreditation from the Government of Nepal, Ms Kwok has been generously sharing her profound knowledge as a teacher of Sound Therapy and Healing.
