About this event

Music is not exclusive to the world of sound. Kusala gathers with the deaf and hard-of-hearing people, and together we explore music through the vibration with objects, swinging our bodies with the rhythm, feeling the melody flowing, and experience the fun of music!

The whole process was extremely fun. I never thought that I would be able to "jam songs" (as a deaf person), play music, and feel music like anyone else. I hope I can learn more different types of music!

Glad to see that everyone was able to enjoy the beats, feel the music, even dance to the music, try to sing some lyrics, and finally sang the same pitch! These experiences shocked me. It turns out that they can all enjoy music, but society pays less attention to this aspect and tends to limit their access to music education. This workshop is a good inspiration and start.
